God tests Abraham by asking him to offer Isaac, the very son of promise. Abraham obeys, believing that God can even raise the dead. In response, God provides the ram — and reveals Himself as Jehovah Jireh, “The Lord Will Provide.” True faith trusts God with what we hold most dear, confident that His provision never fails.
