Jacob lies. Isaac is manipulated. Esau burns with hatred. This family falls apart under deceit and favoritism. Yet even here, God’s promise stands firm — His plan to bring the Savior through Jacob cannot be stopped. When our lives are marked by regret, broken relationships, and consequences of our own doing, God still brings His forgiveness and His future to bear — through the Son who took on our deceit and died for it.
