Nearly every metaphor of Christianity implies community. We are God’s children, God’s flock, God’s people (not person), stones in God’s temple, etc. In addition, the Bible is filled with “one another” passages that push us towards true and deep fellowship. Despite these themes, many Christians sit next together in church, share small talk and coffee, and then stop. This message urges us to something much more biblical and much more beautiful because doing life together is better.
