When someone is talking do you find yourself listening to understand? Or are you one who begins formulating a response, a fix, or one who just tunes out? Perhaps it has to do with who is talking. This week we hear Jesus open up for the disciples and us, why and how some hear the same message we hear but don’t believe. He closes with one of the great encouragements that those who hear and apply his word, trusting in him, are his family. He calls us his brothers and sisters!
