The crazy schedules, the breakneck pace, the return of activities and calendars so full we don’t know when our next breather will come.
How do you rest? Where do you find rejuvenation? I mean true rejuvenation?
God didn’t design us to rest once a quarter, or once a year, but to find rest, rejuvenation, and peace with him daily and weekly that will give us vitality for a long life with him. Psalm 92 gives us some insights into what this type of rest looks like, and how we can experience it today.
